Supportive, inclusive and approachable team Hybrid work arrangements: 2 days WFH & 3 days onsite in Glen Waverley Discounted rates (50% off gap fee) for staff at all bestchance childcare centres The Role:bestchance Child Family Care is currently seeking an exceptional individual with a positive and proactive approach to join our dedicated Finance team as Finance Officer - Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.Reporting to the Senior Finance Officer, this role will assist in ensuring the highest standard of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable services are provided to the organisation internal and external stakeholders (Client and supplier).About you:To be successful you will have demonstrated both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience in a similar role within a fast paced and complex environment, requiring job role flexibility.With exceptional organisational and time management skills, you will have the ability to prioritise multiple tasks on the go and complete work accurately and on time.You will have excellent customer service/communication skills with experience in customer and suppliers’ enquiries.Crucial to your success will be your proven track record in being a team player, with your adaptability and your ability to develop rapport and positive working relationships with key stakeholders (colleagues, customers, and suppliers).You will have proven advanced computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite; particularlystrong Excel skills, with experience in Story Park Manage, Echidna, Sage X3, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central an advantage.
