The Role:
bestchance Child Family Care is currently seeking an exceptional individual with a positive and proactive approach to join our organization as a Customer Service Officer/Administrator.
You will be the first point of contact for families requiring our services. This role will focus on converting enquiries to enrolments, providing quality customer service in the areas of Early Years and Inclusion Support services and providing support to bestchance Child Family Care staff and clients using a strength-based approach.
As an experienced and passionate administrative officer and customer service expert with excellent communication, organisational, IT and office management skills, you will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of people every day.
This role is full-time, onsite, with work hours 8.30am - 4.30pm.
About you:
To be successful you will have experience working in a similar role within a fast paced and complex environment.
With exceptional organisational and time management skills, you will have the ability to prioritise multiple tasks on the go and complete work accurately and on time.
Crucial to your success will be your proven track record in being a team player, your adaptability, your ability to develop rapport and positive working relationships with key stakeholders, your attention to detail and your ability to maintain confidentiality.
