The Role:
bestchance Child Family Care is currently seeking an exceptional individual with a positive and proactive approach to join our passionate and supportive Early Years team as one of our Kindergarten Coordinators in the Tarneit area.
We have an interest based children’s focus in our services and we are looking for a like-minded passionate Kindergarten Coordinator who wants to make a real difference in the lives of children, families and staff every day.
The Kindergarten Coordinator will provide operational leadership to manage, support and build capacity of the Early Years staff in our Tarneit services. Working as the Nominated Supervisor across a portfolio of sessional Kindergarten Programs you will play a pivotal role supporting and developing Educators & Teachers at each service.
You will lead the team to deliver high quality programs that are inclusive and meet the needs of all children and families. Additionally this role has responsibility for managing the people and financial resources of services.
